Accounting Manager Direct Wire and Cable is seeking a Accounting Manager to lead and support financial operations at our Denver, PA facility in Lancaster County. This is a hands-on leadership role responsible for overseeing core accounting functions, managing daily activities, and guiding a small team, including direct reports. This position plays a key role in ensuring accurate financial reporting, strengthening processes, and supporting business decisions in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. The Accounting Manager will work closely with leadership across the organization while maintaining strong day-to-day involvement in accounting operations. This role is onsite during the initial training period. Once fully trained and established in the role, a hybrid work schedule may be available based on candidate location. Due to team leadership responsibilities, regular onsite presence is expected to ensure accessibility, support, and collaboration. We are looking for a practical, detail-oriented leader who takes ownership, communicates effectively, and can balance both strategic and day-to-day financial responsibilities.
