## Store ManagerApplylocations: Calgary, ABtime type: Full timeposted on: Posted Yesterdayjob requisition id: R-101984**Job Summary:**The Store Manager oversees the daily operation of an XPEL installation facility.**Core Duties*** Oversee daily operation of the Installation facility including full P&L responsibility* Manage and develop team of installers* Acquire, retain and manage product sales with Independent Installers and Dealerships* Meet or exceed both revenue and gross profit objectives outlined by management, while maintaining competitive pricing in the marketplace* Responsible for keeping current clients satisfied and delivering exceptional client service* Monitor and analyze customer’s usage of our product; introducing new products* Be the primary point of contact and build long-term relationships with customers* Perform individual market analyses within the territory to develop new customer and conquest strategies* Follow up on sales leads* Help customers through email, phone, and in person meetings* Responsible for working with the sales administration team to onboard and integrate new clients and developing existing client relationships**Basic Qualifications*** Associate degree or higher in Business, Marketing or related field or equivalent experience of 5 years* 18+ years old with 2 years of driving experience* Must have a current and valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.* Must meet insurability requirements under the company’s motor vehicle insurance policy.* Minimum 3 years professional sales experience, preferably in the automotive industry* Strong negotiation skills* Excellent communication, interpersonal, analytical and problem-solving skillsXPEL is an equal opportunity employer.
