Job Description
Position Overview: The Store Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of store operations, including staff management, financial performance, and customer service. The ideal candidate will be a strong leader with excellent organizational and communication skills, capable of driving store success and achieving targets. Key Responsibilities: Managing shift scheduling and assigning staff, including overseeing the roles of Customer Relations, Customer related conflict.
Analyzing staff performance in-store and providing support to coordinators. Overseeing online customer support, including addressing queries and facilitating direct communication through the store's WhatsApp community channel. Ensuring adherence to branding guidelines across all marketing materials and channels.
Ensuring the employee training sessions shifts and schedules too. Ensuring strict adherence to inventory hygiene and sanitation standards throughout the store. Qualifications: Preferably a graduate with 6 years of experience in retail sector.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong understanding of inventory management and retail operations. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks effectively.
Strong leadership and team management skills. Proficient in analyzing KPIs and driving performance improvements through training. Solid understanding of cash handling and financial management
