Job Description
Store Manager – Barnsley Hoyland 40 hours per week. Store operates 7 AM–8 PM; able to manage early starts and late finishes. What you'll do Deliver outstanding customer proposition and lead the branch.
Manage day‑to‑day operations including opening/closing, stocking shelves, checking deliveries, cleaning and supporting the team. Provide excellent service and drive sales through customer focus. Coach, motivate and engage the team, creating a positive culture.
Build relationships, support team development and succession. What you'll bring Proven track record of developing high‑performing, engaged retail teams. Hard work, passion and a love of teamwork.
