The Role Coaching, leading and motivating your team to deliver outstanding service and achieve sales and financial targets Reviewing performance data to identify areas for improvement and resolving issues proactively Winning new business, upselling services, and managing existing customer accounts Overseeing smooth day to day branch operations, including store presentation, cleanliness, key:holder duties and alarm responsibilities Managing storage room and office space lettings, merchandise sales, and following up on customer enquiries Processing card and BACS payments and supporting wider credit control functions What We Are Looking For Minimum 2 years experience in a customer facing sales, retail, or hospitality environment Minimum 2 years management experience Strong IT skills including confidence with Microsoft Suite Flexibility to work scheduled hours, including weekends Full driving license and access to a vehicle (preferred) Benefits 28 days holiday inclusive of bank holidays Free onsite parking Quarterly achievable commission Recognition programmes A GBP 250 employee referral reward Employee friends and family discount Location: Bristol, BS4 Job type: Permanent Hours: 40 hour per week, rotad shifts between Monday to Friday 7:55am : 7:15pm, Saturday 8:55am : 6:15pm and Sunday 9:55am : 4:15pm Salary: A GBP 30,000 : A GBP 32,000 basic + up to A GBP 3,000 achievable commission If you are a natural leader with a talent for people management and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences we want to hear from you The successful candidate will be part of one of the Uks leading private self:storage providers : an established and fast growing business with a strong presence across the South West and the Midlands, and ambitious plans for continued expansion.
