Team/Role Overview Onboarding Master Central (OMC) is a common portal designed to support the Capital Markets onboarding process. The platform is engineered to centralize and manage the entire client onboarding lifecycle, from initiation to completion. It functions as a critical integration hub that automates complex workflows by connecting various internal and third‑party systems.

This ensures a streamlined and efficient process, creating a seamless experience for both internal teams and clients. The IT Business Senior Analyst is an intermediate‑level position responsible for liaising between business users and technologists to exchange information in a concise, logical and understandable way in coordination with the Technology team. The overall objective of this role is to contribute to continuous iterative enhancement of the platform, responsible for turning ideas into delivery.

What You’ll Do The purpose of the role is to translate enhancement requests into functional requirements and ensure the solution is carried through to production seamlessly, with smooth handover and coordination throughout. You are responsible for analysing partner system dependencies, identifying areas for improvement, and ensuring that the proposed technology solutions align with the company's strategic goals. Responsibilities Formulate and define systems scope and objectives for complex projects and foster communication between business leaders and Technology.

Consult with users and clients to solve complex system issues/problems through in‑depth evaluation of business processes, systems and industry standards and recommend solutions. Consult with stakeholders to determine system functional specifications and provide user and operational support. Identify and communicate risks and impacts, considering business implications of the application of technology to the current business environment.

Act as advisor or coach to new or lower‑level analysts and work as a team to achieve business objectives, performing other duties and functions as assigned. Operate with a limited level of direct supervision. Develop configuration changes in OMC’s low‑code environment.

Act as SME to senior stakeholders and/or other team members. Engage with AI tools to streamline the software development lifecycle. What We’ll Need From You 5+ years of relevant experience.

Experience in data analysis with intermediate/advanced Microsoft Office Suite skills. Software Development Experience preferable. Proven interpersonal, data analysis, diplomatic, management and prioritization skills.

Consistently demonstrate clear and concise written and verbal communication. Proven ability to manage multiple activities and build/develop working relationships. Proven self‑motivation to take initiative and master new tasks quickly.

Demonstrated ability to work under pressure to meet tight deadlines and approach work methodically with attention to detail. Ideally experience using AI tools to streamline and enhance requirements gathering.
