About the Company We are looking for a driven and ambitious Partnerships Manager to support the growth of our Care Sector agency client base by identifying, engaging, and qualifying new business opportunities. You will be responsible for developing and managing corporate partnerships. Role Overview The Partnerships Manager is responsible for developing, managing, and scaling strategic partnerships that drive business growth, revenue, and market expansion.

This role focuses on identifying corporate partners, negotiating collaboration agreements, and building long term relationships that create mutual value. The role works cross functionally with sales, marketing, product, and leadership teams to deliver partnership initiatives that contribute to company growth. Key Responsibilities 1.

Partnership Strategy & Growth Develop and execute a partnerships strategy aligned with company growth objectives. Identify and prioritise potential corporate partners, strategic alliances, and distribution opportunities. Build partnership pipelines to support revenue growth and market expansion.

Monitor industry trends and identify partnership opportunities. 2. Corporate Partnership Development Source, approach, and secure new corporate partnerships. Lead partnership negotiations including commercial terms, contracts, and collaboration models.

Design partnership structures such as: strategic alliances marketing partnerships Revenue sharing agreements technology integrations distribution partnerships. 3. Relationship Management Build and maintain strong long term relationships with key corporate partners. Serve as the primary point of contact for partnership stakeholders.

Ensure partner satisfaction and identify opportunities to expand collaboration. 4. Partnership Execution Coordinate internal teams to deliver partnership initiatives. Launch joint marketing campaigns, programs, and collaborative projects.

Ensure partnership agreements are implemented effectively. 5. Performance & Reporting Track partnership performance against key metrics (revenue, lead generation, growth). Produce regular reports and insights for the Head of Sales.

Optimise partnerships to maximise business impact. 6. Cross Functional Collaboration Work closely with the Head of Sales to convert partnership opportunities into revenue. Collaborate with marketing on branded campaigns and promotions.

Coordinate with product teams on integrations and partner solutions. Key Skills & Experience Essential Experience in partnerships, business development, or strategic alliances. Proven ability to develop and manage corporate partnerships.

Strong negotiation and relationship management skills. Experience building partnership pipelines and closing deals. Commercial mindset with strong understanding of growth strategy.

Desirable Experience working with enterprise or corporate clients. Background in growth strategy or strategic business development. Experience managing multi stakeholder partnerships.

Understanding of partnership contracts and commercial agreements. Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) Number of new corporate partnerships secured Partnership driven revenue Lead generation from partnerships Partner retention and satisfaction Growth of strategic partner network Pay range and compensation package - negotiable, depending on experience
