If so… we want YOU on our team! About the Role We’re looking for a high-energy, people-loving Store Manager to help lead our ice cream shop to sweet success! You’ll be the right-hand hero to the District Manager, keeping operations smooth, customers happy, and the vibes as fun as our flavors.

What You’ll Be Doing Leading and motivating our awesome scoop squad Delivering top-tier customer service (with extra sprinkles!) Managing shifts, schedules, and daily operations Keeping the shop sparkling clean and organized Handling inventory and making sure we never run out of fan favorites Jumping into scoop, serve, and celebrate with customers Managing shifts and daily operations Community relations and customer experience What We’re Looking For Previous leadership or supervisory experience (food service a plus!) A positive, upbeat attitude Strong communication and problem-solving skills Lead, supervise, and train all employees in every phase of product preparation, including product portioning, packaging, and cleaning duties Manage cost controls and inventory.
