POSITION PROFILE: Position Title: Store Manager Reports to: Director of Customer Success Location: Wrentham, Massachusetts Objective : The Store Manager is responsible for driving the overall success of the store by delivering exceptional customer experience, maximizing sales performance, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.

This role provides strong leadership to the store team, fostering a positive work environment that aligns with company values and achieves business objectives. Responsible for: Maintain an elegant and immersive store environment aligned with brand aesthetics. Maintain strong product knowledge to support selling strategies and enhance customer engagement.

Ensure a premium, service-focused environment that reflects the brand’s standards Coach and develop team members through regular feedback, recognition, and performance management. Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to achieve and exceed targets. Oversee all daily store operations, ensuring efficiency and adherence to company standards.

Maintain exceptional visual merchandising and presentation aligned with brand guidelines. Manage inventory, stock flow, and loss prevention to ensure operational accuracy. Hire, train all staff.

Ensure scheduling coverage for operating hours. Required QualificationS: 5+ years of retail leadership experience, preferably in premium or luxury retail. Experience in luxury, Fashion/Cosmetics/Lifestyle Brands Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Proven ability to drive sales and deliver exceptional customer service. Experience in training, team development, and performance management. Passion for fashion, styling, and delivering exceptional client experiences.
