Store Manager (Apparel)

Position: Store Manager – Minizmo (Men’s Apparel Brand) The store manager will be responsible for managing end-to-end store operations at Minizmo, a premium men’s apparel brand. The role includes driving sales performance, leading and developing the store team, ensuring superior customer experience, and maintaining brand standards across all store functions. Key Responsibilities: * Oversee day-to-day store operations and ensure smooth functioning * Drive sales, achieve monthly targets, and improve store profitability * Lead, motivate, and train the store team on sales and product knowledge * Deliver excellent customer service aligned with Minizmo's brand values * Manage inventory, billing accuracy, visual merchandising, and SOP compliance * Ensure proper grooming, discipline, and performance of store staff Requirements: * Minimum 7+ years of experience in retail store management (men’s apparel preferred) * Strong leadership, sales acumen, and communication skills * Experience in premium or fashion retail will be added advantage * Immediate joiner preferred Location: Delhi NCR Contact: | 7982858534
