Our GMs oversee day‑to‑day operations, set goals for growth, and design strategies to achieve those goals. The general manager is responsible for building and leading their team/store to success, ensuring a positive and professional environment, delivering exceptional customer service, and maintaining the highest standards of the custard that is served.

Responsibilities Oversee all store operations and ensure adherence to company policies. Set goals for growth and develop strategies to achieve them.

Mentor and develop assistant managers for future promotion. Communicate with the store via phone, email, and other channels, responding timely to inquiries. Maintain a calm demeanor during high‑volume or unusual events to keep stores operating to standard.

Train and hold the team accountable for delivering outstanding customer service. Promote the company’s culture, values, and mission with integrity and honesty. Manage staffing levels, including interviewing, hiring, recruiting, onboarding, and training.

Follow and reinforce company policies and procedures. Work full‑time with open availability, including late nights, weekends, and some holidays. Qualifications 3‑5 years of proven management experience in the food service industry or a related leadership role.

High school diploma or equivalent required. Solid employment track record with positive references. Reliable transportation to and from work.

Friendly, enthusiastic, and full of energy. Leads by example and upholds high standards of operation in a fast‑paced environment. Exhibits constant “customer comes first” attitude.

Capable of performing physical tasks including standing, walking, lifting up to 55 lbs, and operating point‑of‑sale equipment. Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions. Physical Requirements Constant standing and walking.

Occasional pushing, pulling, lifting, or carrying up to 55 pounds independently and safely. Occasional ascending or descending ladders, stairs, ramps, etc. Constant computer and point‑of‑sale register usage.

Frequent, continual, intermittent flexing or rotation of the wrist and spine. Constant reaching, turning, and precision work around the fountain area. Constant verbal communication, clarity of vision at near and / or far distances.
