Staff Nurse

12E Ward is a 24‑bedded ward (with a 12‑bedded Monitored Unit) that manages Neurosurgery, Neurology, and Head & Neck patients. The ward is based at Royal London Hospital and is seeking enthusiastic and highly motivated Band 5 Nurses to join our team. Responsibilities Provide patient‑centred care and support the smooth running of 12E.

Enhance the well‑being and promote the health of patients in Neurosurgery, Neurology, ENT and Head & Neck. Deliver a first‑class and safe level of care to patients and their relatives. Record and monitor the patient pathway throughout treatment.

Assess, plan, implement and evaluate priorities of care and utilise available resources effectively. Provide excellent fundamental nursing care to highly acute patients, including those with tracheostomy, unstable spinal injury and major head injury. Qualifications & Experience NMC Registered or Newly Qualified.

Experience or placement within a Neurosciences ward or similar clinical setting. Clear written communication skills. Displays an interest in working in Neurosciences.

Band 5 level, with a willingness to develop and enhance clinical skills. Flexible team‑player with excellent communication skills. #J-18808-Ljbffr
