Senior Nurse - Northern Ireland

Job Description The Senior Nurse plays a key leadership role within Marie Curie's community services, combining hands‑on clinical practice with the day‑to‑day management and development of a nursing team. You will work closely with the Clinical Nurse Manager, ensuring high‑quality, patient‑focused palliative care, overseeing clinical standards and caseloads, and supporting staff through supervision, development and effective team leadership. The role is central to coordinating care, promoting best practice and maintaining a positive, supportive working environment while delivering compassionate end‑of‑life care.
