We are looking for someone to help scale the ecommerce customer journey from the initial landing page to checkout for a luxury experience company based in British Columbia. Title- Sr. IT Product Manager, eCommerce / Digital Experience Job Description Day-to-Day Insight Global is seeking a Senior IT Product Manager, Digital Experience to join a leading organization in the travel and hospitality industry. This individual will own the end-to-end digital product experience, with a strong focus on eCommerce performance, conversion optimization, and customer journey enhancement. This is a high-impact role responsible for shaping product strategy and driving measurable business outcomes. The ideal candidate is both strategic and hands-on, with a proven ability to improve digital performance through experimentation, data analysis, and cross-functional collaboration. Key Responsibilities Define and own the digital product strategy and roadmap Drive conversion rate optimization (CRO) and improve booking funnel performance Optimize checkout and transactional experiences to increase revenue and customer satisfaction Lead A/B testing and experimentation to validate product decisions Partner with Engineering, UX, Marketing, and Analytics to deliver scalable solutions Translate business objectives into data-driven product initiatives Track and report on KPIs and performance metrics Champion the customer experience across all digital touchpoints Must Haves 8+ years of experience in Product Management, with a focus on digital or eCommerce products Proven experience driving measurable improvements in conversion and digital performance Strong background in CRO, experimentation, and A/B testing Experience optimizing checkout, booking, or purchase flows Proficiency with analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Power BI) Strong cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder management skills Plusses Experience in travel, hospitality, or premium/luxury brands Familiarity with modern web architecture and APIs Experience with CMS, personalization, and digital platforms Compensation: $120,000 to $140,000 per year annual salary. Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.
