Be part of a pivotal modernization project as an IT Technical Business Analyst with the Government of Alberta located in Edmonton. This onsite role drives efficiency through AI, automation, and technology integration. You'll engage in analyzing and refining service delivery processes while aligning with the Government of Alberta's Digital Strategy.
Working within the Public Safety and Emergency Services division, you’ll lead stakeholder collaboration and produce metrics necessary for evaluating the effectiveness of modernization efforts. You'll be instrumental in developing actionable insights for strategic planning. Key Responsibilities: • Analyze manual processes to identify automation opportunities • Collaborate with technology teams for assessments and evaluations • Develop executive reports and modernization recommendations • Support adoption of new technologies and processes • Apply Lean Six Sigma for workflow optimization Requirements: • 5+ years of experience in data analysis and reporting • 5+ years in business process technology analysis • 5+ years in gap analysis and process mapping • 2+ years with Lean Six Sigma experience preferred • Background check and mandatory training post-hire Enhance operational effectiveness within the Government of Alberta by leveraging your business analysis expertise. #J-18808-Ljbffr
