Role Overview The Corporate Insurance Sales will be responsible for acquiring and managing mid-market and large corporate accounts . The role requires consultative selling, strong relationship management, and a deep understanding of corporate insurance products and risk solutions . Location : Mumbai , Pune, Hyderabad, Vigaz, Bangalore Salary : As per Industry standard Key Responsibilities Identify and acquire new corporate clients across assigned territories.
Develop relationships with CXOs, CFOs, CHROs, Procurement Heads, Risk Managers, and Finance Leaders . Generate business opportunities across employee benefits, group health, property, liability, marine, and other commercial insurance products . Conduct client meetings, presentations, insurance reviews, and solution discussions.
Build and maintain a strong and healthy sales pipeline. Work closely with insurers and underwriting teams to design customized insurance solutions for clients. Drive the end-to-end sales cycle from lead generation to closure.
Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual business and revenue targets. Collaborate with internal operations and servicing teams to ensure smooth onboarding and high-quality client servicing. Identify cross-sell and upsell opportunities within existing corporate accounts.
Desired Profile Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Insurance, Marketing, or a related field . 5+ years of experience in direct corporate. Prior experience in corporate insurance, employee benefits, insurance broking, banking, financial services, or enterprise solution sales will be preferred. Strong network and relationship base within mid-market and large corporate organizations .
Good understanding of corporate insurance products, employee benefits, and commercial risk solutions . Excellent communication, negotiation, presentation, and stakeholder management skills. Self-driven, target-oriented, and possessing a strong hunter mindset .
