The CTO willwork closely with customers, product leadership, engineering, delivery, and bus inessstakeholders to build highly scalable, resilient, AI-enabled, and future-ready banking platf orms. This leader will play a critical role in shaping next-generation capabilities across Pay ments,Cash Management, Liquidity Management, API banking, Trade Finance, and Corporate B ankingtransformation initiatives glo bally.The ideal candidate combines strong banking domain expertise with modern engin eeringleadership and the ability to engage confidently with CXOs, enterprise architects, regulator s, andstrategic cust omers.

Duties and Responsib ilities Define and drive the technology vision, enterprise architecture, and modern izationroadmap for the Digital Transaction Banking pl atform. Lead architecture and engineering strategy across cloud-native, microservice s-basedbanking pla tforms. Drive platform scalability, resiliency, security, observability, and high-avail abilityiniti atives.

Partner with CIOs, CTOs, enterprise architects, and senior customer stakehol ders onlarge-scale digital transformation pr ograms. Lead architecture governance, solution reviews, and strategic technology de cision- making. Collaborate closely with Product, Engineering, Delivery, and Sales teams to supportplatform evolution and customer s uccess.

Guide enterprise cloud adoption, DevSecOps practices, API strategy, inte grationframeworks, and deployment models. Provide hands-on technical guidance to development and engineering teams, parti cularlyaround J2EE and modern cloud-native techno logies. Mentor senior architects and engineering leaders across the organi zation.

Drive adoption of AI-led development and transformation initiatives, includin g AIDLCpra ctices. Stay updated on emerging trends in banking technology, enterprise platforms, clo ud, andAI-driven engin eering. Required Skills / A bilities 25+ years of experience in enterprise technology leadership, architec ture, andengineering delivery.

Strong domain expertise in Digital Transaction Banking, Payments, Cash Ma nagement,Trade Finance, or Corporate Banking p latforms. Proven track record in designing and scaling enterprise-grade banking solutio ns withinregulated envi ronments. Deep expertise in cloud-native architectures, microservices, APIs, containe rization,DevSecOps, and enterprise int egration.

Strong hands-on experience with J2EE and modern engineering fr ameworks. Solid understanding of enterprise infrastructure, platform security, obser vability,resiliency, and high-availability systems. Demonstrated experience driving AI-enabled engineering transformation and AIDLC adoption.

Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and customer-facing l eadershipcapa bilities. Experience working with global banking customers, product organizations , or BFSItechnology firms p referred. Ability to influence cross-functional teams and drive strategic technology initiat ives en d-to-end.

Qual ifications Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, I nformationTechnology, or related discipline from a premier institute MBA or advanced technology/business certifications preferred.
