Sr. Angular UI Developer - Hybrid

Senior Angular UI Developer – Hybrid Location: King Of Prussia, Pennsylvania (US-PA), United States (US). NTT DATA is seeking an experienced Sr. Angular UI Developer to join our team in a hybrid setting.

The role focuses on the development, maintenance, and support of platform applications built on a modern UI stack. Essential Functions / Responsibilities Contribute to defining, documenting and developing software, software applications, and participate in architecture and technical design discussions, code reviews, and technical design/specifications. Develop, enhance, test, support, maintain, and troubleshoot/ debug software applications that support business units or support functions across diverse platforms and technologies.

Create comprehensive, professional quality project documentation and technical specifications. Evaluate software change requests, determine business needs or conduct root cause analysis, and implement technically efficient solutions. Assess the impact of software changes and new development on other systems; conduct integration tests to mitigate risks.

Proactively recommend, schedule, and perform software improvements and upgrades. Recommend best practices and policies for installing, configuring, maintaining, and troubleshooting end‑user access and usage of database applications. Specific Preferred Job Skills and Experience 7 or more years of related experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Experience with the full software development life cycle, including design, testing, deployment, and documentation activities (including agile and scrum patterns). Hands‑on experience with Angular versions 14 to 18, responsive UI, HTML, Bootstrap, jQuery, CSS3, and accessibility best practices. Proficiency in unit testing frameworks, habitual TDD, and clean code practices; comfortable with unit, contract, and integration tests.

Web development concepts including state management and stateless development. Experience with SQL (indexes, query tuning, partitioning); contribution to schema evolution and migration strategies in Microsoft SQL Server. Experience containerizing apps with Docker and collaborating on Kubernetes deployments (low‑environment).

Adopt TDD: write unit/integration tests, participate in code reviews, pair programming, and continuous refactoring. Strong experience analyzing and optimizing already deployed applications. Extensive knowledge of designing and developing objects and components of relational databases.

Strong experience with Agile methodologies and SDLC. Excellent written, verbal, presentation, and listening skills. Understanding of fundamental design principles for building a scalable application.

Good experience with Cloud Platform, specifically Microsoft Azure. Knowledge of .NET Core architecture. Knowledge of REST Services architecture.

Basic Qualifications Minimum 5 years of experience with open source JavaScript frameworks – Angular. Hybrid Position Information This is a hybrid position. On‑site attendance is required 3 days a week.
