Senior AS/400 Developer

Our client is seeking Senior AS/400 Developer to join their team. Role Details Role Title: Senior AS/400 Developer Location: Nashville, TN - Remote Contract Skills Must‑have skills: RPGLE, RPG, CLLE, DB2/400(SQL) Years of experience required for each skill: 5+ years Nice‑to‑have skills: Agile knowledge Duties / Responsibilities Design, build, and test applications. Document technical designs and specifications while researching and incorporating updated content for applications. Act as a subject matter expert, collaborate, and manage the team to perform effectively. Responsible for team decisions, engage with multiple teams, and contribute to key decisions. Provide solutions to problems for your immediate team and across multiple teams. Advanced proficiency in AS/400 COBOL 400 is required. Advanced proficiency in Bug Reporting is recommended. Advanced proficiency in IBM DB2/400, IBM System i (AS/400) RPG IV, IBM AS/400 RPG III, and IBM System I (AS/400) is suggested.
