AS/400 Developer

Our client, a leading organization in the financial services industry, is seeking a Web Developer (AS/400) to join their team. As a Web Developer (AS/400), you will be part of the IT Development Department supporting cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate will have strong problem-solving skills, excellent collaboration abilities, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: AS/400Developer Location: Nashville, Tennessee (Remote) Pay Range: $53-58/hr on w2 What's the Job? Design, build, and test web-based applications for various site components Edit and update website content to ensure accuracy and relevance Document technical designs and specifications for ongoing maintenance and upgrades Research and incorporate updated content to enhance website functionality Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver high-quality solutions What's Needed? Advanced proficiency in AS/400 COBOL 400 programming language Experience with bug reporting and error identification in job logs Knowledge of IBM DB2/400, IBM System i (AS/400), RPGLE, CLLE, RPG, and Agile methodologies 4-7 years of relevant experience in web development and mainframe environments High school diploma or equivalent; additional technical certifications are a plus What's in it for me?
