We’re looking for a senior account manager who can hold complex, multi-disciplinary campaigns together — someone who thrives in ambiguity, partners closely with creatives, and never lets the details fall through the cracks.

In this client facing role, you’ll work closely with Director, Business Operations and the founder and Chief Creative Director on client relationships, scope management, ownership of project budget, timeline, and delivery. Production know‑how is a bonus. We’re a team that gets deep into making the work and likes it.

Who We Are GFC is a multidisciplinary creative agency that operates globally from North America. When brands need to land world‑changing technologies or products in culture, they tap GFC to create depth at launch. “I believe our job is to create contagious excitement and emotional bonds by connecting differentiated brand behaviours with human behaviors.” - Drew Pautler, Founder and Chief Creative Director What you’ll do Own end-to-end project delivery across brand campaigns, integrated productions, and digital activations — from kickoff through final delivery. Build and manage project timelines, resource plans, and budgets, proactively flagging risks before they become fires.

Serve as the connective tissue between creative, strategy, production, and clients — facilitating communication across all workstreams. Lead status meetings with clarity and confidence. Manage vendor and third‑party partner relationships, including post‑production houses, photographers, directors, and media partners.

Track and reconcile project financials, ensuring profitability targets are met and change orders are documented and approved. What we’re looking for 5+ years of project management experience, with at least 3 years in a creative agency, brand studio, or production environment. Proven track record managing integrated campaigns with budget ranges of $50‑$250K.

Strong understanding of creative production workflows — digital, video, social, and traditional media OOH and print. Experience with project management tools such as Asana, Monday.com, Smartsheet, or similar. Exceptional communicator equally comfortable presenting to a CMO and rallying a creative team under a tight deadline.

High emotional intelligence – you know when to push and when to protect the creative process. PMP or similar certification is a plus, not a requirement. Live in or near Vancouver, Canada and able to adapt to a hybrid work environment.
