Job Description
As an SQL Developer, you will be integral to supporting customers through significant moments in their policy lifecycle. This role focuses on ensuring data accuracy and clarity in customer communications, thus promoting positive customer outcomes. You will be involved in established customer processes and have the opportunity to influence the management and delivery of data and communications.
Responsibilities Develop, maintain, and optimise SQL queries to support customer lifecycle processes. Collaborate with business and technical colleagues to ensure customer communications are accurate and timely. Utilise XSLT stylesheets to support and shape customer‑facing communications.
Assess and manage customer impact when changes are made to data or logic. Propose ongoing improvements to data quality, efficiency, and reliability. Ensure solutions meet regulatory, data governance, and customer experience standards.
Essential Skills Strong SQL development experience. Experience working with structured data in a production environment. Understanding of customer communications or customer lifecycle processes.
Attention to detail and an appreciation of customer impact. Additional Skills & Qualifications Experience working with XSLT stylesheets. Exposure to insurance, pensions, or financial services environments.
