Job Overview Amazon's Digital Acceleration team powers e-commerce transactions for Amazon's digital offering. It enables the ordering and fulfillment of various digital content across geographies. The Digital Acceleration QA team is looking for a talented, detail-oriented SDE‑T to work on services and features powering the Digital Post Transaction experience.

Role Summary As an SDE‑T on this team, you will participate in new design and architectural choices that have a significant impact on our systems, business, and customers. You will work efficiently in a fun, fast‑paced dynamic team environment.

SDETs are expected to have industry‑leading technical abilities that enable significant improvement of product quality. You should have solid knowledge of quality assurance, operating system software, object‑oriented design principles, and strong communication and organizational skills. You will prioritize projects, make sound judgments, and maintain professionalism under pressure.

Primary Responsibilities Design and build the automated test frameworks and test suites for use in development and testing cycles. Utilize innovative test technologies to develop a product's testing strategy. Participate in design and code inspections.

Analyze test logs, create test reports, and coordinate with stakeholders. Perform manual testing covering all functionality of services as a precursor to automation. Basic Qualifications 1+ year of test automation framework and tool building experience. 2+ years of non‑internship professional software development testing experience.

Experience programming with at least one modern language such as Java, C++, or C# including object‑oriented design. Experience in penetration testing and exploitability‑focused vulnerability assessment. Experience in platform‑level security mitigations and hardening for Linux and Windows.

Preferred Qualifications Knowledge of overall system architecture, scalability, reliability, and performance in a database environment.
