Job Description
Key Responsibilities: Develop, customize, and enhance Avaloq Core Banking functionalities. Translate business requirements into effective and scalable technical solutions. Take ownership of tasks from analysis through to delivery, with minimal supervision.
Proactively identify areas for improvement in system performance, stability, and usability. Provide input into solution design, best practices, and coding standards. Troubleshoot and resolve issues, ensuring long-term and sustainable fixes.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams in an Agile delivery environment. Requirements: 3-7 years hands‑on experience in Avaloq development (core customization, parameterization, scripting, or related modules). Strong understanding of the Avaloq Object Model (AOM), PL/SQL, and Avaloq frameworks.
Proven ability to work independently and deliver results under minimal guidance. Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills, with the ability to think beyond the immediate task. Proactive mindset comfortable suggesting improvements and driving change.
