Software Developer

We are seeking a skilled Software Developer to support a large-scale systems modernization and migration project. The role focuses on modernizing legacy systems, enhancing business workflows, and integrating data-driven applications into a unified digital platform. The consultant will collaborate with internal stakeholders to build efficient, scalable, and secure technology solutions.

This position is based in Miami, FL. Key Responsibilities Lead the migration of legacy systems (MS Access, Mainframe) into modern web-based platforms Design and develop new features and automation tools to streamline workflows and improve performance Build, test, and maintain applications using C#, .NET, and MVC frameworks Create and manage RESTful/SOAP APIs for data integrations and system communication Develop ETL workflows using SSIS and design reports using SSRS Manage and optimize Oracle and SQL databases for performance, integrity, and scalability Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project deliverables meet business and technical requirements Support the integration of electronic content management (ECM) and online submission/invoicing systems Qualifications Proficiency in C#, .NET Framework, and object-oriented programming (OOP) Advanced skills in PL/SQL, query optimization, and data modeling Experience with MVC architecture, web services, and Windows applications Hands‑on experience with SSIS (ETL) and SSRS (reporting) Familiarity with large‑scale system migrations and automation workflows Excellent problem‑solving, communication, and collaboration skills Attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment Preferred Experience Experience in large organizations or public‑sector environments is a plus Background in system modernization or enterprise migration projects Seniority Level: Associate | Employment Type: Contract | Job Function: Engineering and Information Technology | Industries: IT Services and IT Consulting Salary Range: $100,000 – $120,000 #J-18808-Ljbffr
