About the Role QI Spine is looking for a highly creative and strategic Social Media Manager to lead and scale our digital presence across platforms. This role requires someone who understands audience behavior, storytelling, content strategy, and performance-driven social media execution. You will be responsible for building brand awareness, driving engagement, and creating meaningful conversations that strengthen trust and visibility for the brand.

Key Responsibilities Develop and execute end-to-end social media strategies across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, X, and emerging platforms Plan and manage monthly content calendars aligned with brand, business, and campaign objectives Create engaging content formats including static posts, reels, videos, carousels, stories, and thought-leadership content Collaborate with design, content, performance marketing, and medical teams for integrated campaign execution Manage platform-wise communication, community engagement, and audience interactions in a timely and professional manner Track trends, platform updates, and audience insights to create relevant and high-performing content Work closely with influencers, creators, agencies, and production partners for campaign execution Monitor and analyze social media KPIs including reach, engagement, follower growth, CTR, and conversions Drive social media performance through data-backed optimization and experimentation Support brand campaigns, shoots, patient stories, doctor-led content, and awareness initiatives Maintain consistency in brand tone, visual identity, and communication across all social channels
