We're looking for a full-time Social Media Manager to join our growing team at Media Candy

a creative social media agency focused on helping brands grow on Instagram.

If you love social media, understand trends before they blow up, and enjoy turning ideas into engaging content this might be for you

Role includes:

• Creating monthly social media content calendars

• Content planning & strategy for client brands

• Designing Instagram posts & carousels

• Planning and executing reels

• Managing content posting & scheduling

• Staying updated with trends, audio, and viral formats

• Helping brands build a stronger presence on Instagram

Our primary focus is Instagram marketing, so we're looking for someone who truly understands the platform - from content strategy to execution.

What we're looking for:

Prior experience in social media marketing

Strong understanding of Instagram growth & content trends

Good design sense / aesthetic understanding

Creative thinker with strong communication skills

Organized, proactive, and reliable

Someone who can take ownership and think strategically

Preference: Candidates based in Pune
