SMB Account Executive San Francisco, CA (On-site) The Role As an SMB Account Executive, you won’t be wasting time on cold calls. You will own the full-cycle inbound sales process for SMB landlords, managing a high-velocity pipeline of 50–100 inbound leads per week. Your goal is to convert interested property owners into activated partners on the platform.
What You’ll Be Doing: Close Inbound Leads: Qualify homeowners and build trust through a high-impact, high-volume sales engine. Drive Growth: Move landlords from initial interest to securing their first tenant, aiming for a target of 10 new homes leased per month. Consultative Selling: Use empathy and persuasion to guide hesitant landlords, ensuring the platform is a perfect fit for their portfolio.
Pipeline Management: Utilize tools like HubSpot and Front to stay organized while managing dozens of simultaneous conversations. Who You Are Experience: 1–4 years in sales (SMB AE, Leasing, or BDR/SDR with closing experience). Sales Style: Exceptionally strong on the phone, warm, confident, and persuasive.
You thrive in high-velocity environments where deals close quickly. Marketplace Mindset: Previous experience in marketplace sales (supply side) or real estate is a significant plus.
