This role is full time, fixed term until 30 June 2027 with the possibility of extension based in Kirwan.

About the Candidate\n

  • Demonstrated experience of leading teams, including remote and mobile teams, and capability in driving performance and meeting KPI's and targets.
  • \n
  • Strong people management, coaching and mentoring skills.
  • \n
  • Exceptional ability to build strategic relationships resulting in business outcomes.
  • \n
  • Strong problem solving and analytical skills with the ability to interpret a broad range of information including data, contracts and deeds.
  • \n
  • An open car drivers' licence.
  • \n
  • Ability to obtain a Blue Card and National Police Check with no outcomes.
  • \n
