Project Documentation: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of construction progress, materials, and manpower. Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports. Compliance with Safety Standards: Ensure strict adherence to safety regulations, conduct safety audits, and implement necessary corrective actions. Liaison with Clients and Contractors: Communicate regularly with clients, suppliers, and contractors to keep them informed on project developments and resolve any issues that may arise.

Budget and Resource Management: Monitor the consumption of materials and equipment, ensuring optimum utilization of resources to avoid cost overruns.
