Senior Manager – Hydraulics & Controls Location: Faridabad Qualification: B.Tech / BE (should be full time) Experience: 11-16 years We are looking for a skilled professional with strong expertise in mobile hydraulics and electrohydraulic controls to join our dynamic team. Key Responsibilities: • Design and develop hydraulic systems for Telehandlers & Skid Steer Loaders • Finalize system architecture for new product development • Component sizing & selection (pumps, motors, valves, steering units, cylinders) • Lead DFMEA, concept design, and detailed engineering (CAD & calculations) • Drive root cause analysis using 8D methodology and resolve field issues • Collaborate with suppliers for SOR, validation, and technical sign-offs • Prepare and review technical documentation for product development What We’re Looking For: • Strong fundamentals in hydraulics systems & component design • Knowledge of GD&T, electrohydraulics, and off-highway equipment • Experience with problem-solving tools (8D, RCA) • Excellent communication, presentation & teamwork skills • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, innovation-driven environment Ideal Candidate: Passionate about hydraulics & off-road machinery, proactive mindset, and driven to deliver high-quality engineering solutions.
