Site Admin (Perth-Based)

Ganaji Contracting is seeking a Perth-Based Site Administrator to support day-to-day site administration functions for our FIFO projects throughout WA.

This is a diverse role that combines administration, project support, and data-entry assistance, making it ideal for someone who enjoys variety, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and takes pride in keeping operations running smoothly.

• Rostering: Managing employee rosters for project personnel
• Timesheets: End-to-end Weekly Timesheet processing and administration
• Site Admin Portal management
• Daily attendance hours reconciliation
• Assisting with employee onboarding and personnel record management
• Assisting project teams with general site administration requirements
• Maintaining accurate records and project documentation
• Data entry to support accounts team
• Training record maintenance
• PPE Ordering
• Setting up new employees within company systems
• Booking and coordinating vehicle servicing and maintenance
• Stationary Ordering
• Go-to person for general office admin tasks

About You:

To be successful in this role, we’d like to see:

• Previous experience in site administration
• Previous experience with the following systems (desirable): Xero, Time Target, Humanforce, Access Micropay.
• High degree of initiative
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Excellent organisational and time management skills
• The ability to prioritise tasks and work independently
• A positive, can-do attitude and willingness to support the wider team
