What we are looking for Role: ServiceNow Developer ITSM development Experience Range: 6 to 8 Years Location: Bangalore, Pune, Hyderabad Must Have: 5+ years of experience and strong knowledge in ServiceNow Admin to manage Production systems.
Extensive experience with Linux. Development experience in SNOW ITSM module. Good to Have: Jira Essential: Provide SNOW Admin L2 support as per shift coverage requirement Triaging and resolution of incidents, handling key events, supporting release and deployments Develop or enhance existing ITSM modules.
Participating in and handling Incident escalation calls Minimum Qualification: 15 years of full-time education Minimum percentile of 50% in 10th, 12th, UG & PG (if applicable)
