Client: TCS Payroll: Mbit Computraining Private Limited Note: Moved to direct TCS payroll after 3 months, subject to client confirmation and your performance Requirement: Power Platform Developer Exp: 5+ Years Location: Bangalore, Kolkata(WFO) Max Budget: 24LPA Job Description Job Title: AI Solutions and Automation Developer Role: Developer Experience: 4 to 8 years Responsibilities: Develop solutions using Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Copilot Studio, Power Pages etc.), Azure Apps (Git, GitHub, App Insights, Azure PowerShell, Logic Apps etc) Key Responsibilities: • Design, develop, and maintain AI-driven automation solutions to support business processes. • Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions. • Integrate AI models and automation tools into existing IT infrastructure. • Ensure solutions are scalable, secure, and aligned with company standards. • Document development processes and provide technical support for deployed solutions. • Participate in code reviews, testing, and continuous improvement initiatives. • Develop and maintain code for product-related features and bug fixes across incident, problem, change, and service request workflows. • Participate in on-call rotations to address critical issues and contribute to Major Incident Management (MIM) processes. • Follow established development policies and best practices aligned with ITIL frameworks. • Ensure that service level agreements (SLAs) and operational level agreements (OLAs) are supported through timely and effective code delivery. • Evaluate service provider integrations and assess potential risks or impacts on product functionality and performance. • Collaborate closely with internal teams, external partners, and service providers to deliver seamless and reliable software solutions. Skill Requirements: • Proficiency in programming languages relevant to AI and automation (e.g., Python, Power Platform, RPA tools). • Designing and implementing Modern Workplace solutions using SharePoint and Office 365, following Microsoft best practices • Experience with cloud platforms and deploying AI solutions at scale. • Strong understanding of machine learning, data analytics, and automation frameworks. • Ability to support technical development. • Excellent problem-solving for incident and Change and service Request resolution. • Continuous learning mindset to stay updated on industry trends and technologies. • Collaborative with ability to establish and maintain strong relationships with stakeholder. • Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills. • Power of initiative and visionary.
