ServiceNow Developer Location: Washington, DC (onsite) Clearance: Active Secret (TS Preferred) Salary: $115,000 - $145,000 Type: Exempt About This Role A ServiceNow Developer is needed to support a mission‑focused federal program in Washington, DC. This fully onsite role involves designing, developing, and enhancing ServiceNow applications and integrations in a secure environment. An active Secret clearance is required on day one.

Responsibilities: * Design, develop, and customize ServiceNow applications, modules, and workflows. * Build and maintain scripts, UI policies, business rules, client scripts, and automation. * Develop integrations using REST/SOAP APIs and other data exchange methods. * Support upgrades, patches, and platform enhancements. * Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions. * Troubleshoot issues, optimize performance, and ensure platform security and compliance. * Maintain documentation and support end users as needed. Required Qualifications * Active Secret clearance (TS preferred). * 3+ years of hands‑on ServiceNow development experience. * Bachelor in computer science or related field. * Strong proficiency with JavaScript, Glide API, Flow Designer, and ServiceNow scripting. * Experience with ServiceNow modules such as ITSM, CMDB, and Service Catalog. * Familiarity with ITIL processes and secure federal environments. * Ability to work onsite in Washington, DC.
