Service Engineer Responsibilities

• Responsible for on-site technical service support for the PMLS product line.
• Provide training to distributor service teams and biomedical engineers from customers, keep improving service quality and customer satisfaction.
• Customer satisfaction oriented: guide all distributors on how to better manage their service team as per headquarters instruction, and keep optimizing internal and external work procedures.
• Keep collecting end users’ feedback and suggestions, and optimize internal and external workflows.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Biomedical Engineering, Sciences, or a relevant major.
• At least 2 years of sales and channel management experience in the same industry, experience in tenders.
• Experience with Life Support products (injection pumps, patient monitors, anesthesia machines, laparoscopic towers, and ventilators) or Medical Imaging Products (ultrasound, X‑ray, medical equipment).
• Good English speaking and writing skills.
• Negotiation, people skills, commercial mindset.
• Proactive and with a high business vision.
