Service Engineer

We are seeking a dynamic and technically proficient E&IC Service Engineer with 10 -12 years of experience in the electrical and electronics industry. The E & IC Service Engineer is responsible for installation, commissioning, maintenance, troubleshooting, and optimization of electrical, instrumentation, and control systems. Key Responsibilities 1.

Installation & Commissioning Perform installation and commissioning of electrical systems and instrumentation devices. Conduct loop checking, calibration, and functional testing. Ensure compliance with project specifications and safety standards. 2.

Maintenance & Troubleshooting Carry out preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance of E&IC systems. Diagnose faults in electrical panels, drives (VFDs), control systems, and instrumentation. Attend breakdowns and restore operations with minimal downtime. 3.

Instrumentation & Control Systems Maintain and calibrate instruments such as flow, level, pressure, and temperature transmitters. Work knowledge with control systems including PLC , Micro Processor based ESP & FF Controllers and DCS. Modify and troubleshoot control logic and HMI/SCADA systems. 4.

Documentation & Reporting Prepare service reports and audit reports. Maintain technical documentation, drawings, and records. 5. Client / Site Support Provide on-site and remote technical support to clients.

Coordinate with vendors and contractors for service activities. Train operators and maintenance personnel when required Required Qualifications Bachelor’s Degree / Diploma in Electrical, Instrumentation, Electronics, or Mechatronics Engineering. 10–12 years of experience in E&IC maintenance/service (industry dependent). Required Skills Strong knowledge of ESP & Fabric Filter Control systems.

Knowledge of PLC, DCS, SCADA systems. Experience with instrumentation calibration and loop checking. Understanding of electrical circuits, drives, and automation systems.

Ability to read and interpret electrical and P&ID drawings. Regards HR
