We’re accelerating our international growth, and we’re hiring a hands-on person to grow leads through our websites — by combining good content, good pages, and smart acquisition.

The core of the role

You understand audiences and intent. You can explain who a page is for, what it should help them understand/decide, and how that connects to search terms, ads, and the way the page is built.

A big part of the job is meeting with our internal technical teams to understand what we offer and who it’s for — and then turning those conversations into clear, accurate website pages and content (especially in English).

You will own the day-to-day execution of SEO and website improvements across Paralab’s brands, working directly with the Marketing Director and our internal technical specialists.

SEO and website execution are the core of the role. Google Ads and conversion measurement are also part of it, but deep Google Ads experience is not mandatory if you have strong SEO foundations, analytical thinking and the ability to learn quickly.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute SEO priorities across multiple websites and markets.
• Build and improve website pages in WordPress + Elementor (simple, fast, human-readable, conversion-focused)
• Transform conversations with technical specialists into clear, accurate and persuasive website content, particularly in English.
• Support our SEO execution: build pages around real search intent and real customer questions
• Manage Google Ads as part of our lead-generation mix (structure, keywords, ads, negatives, landing page alignment)
• Help improve measurement so we can trust what’s working (GA4, GTM, Google Ads conversions) - optional

Qualifications

• Strong English (writing and communicating clearly is part of the job)
• Hands-on experience with SEO or Google Ads
• Comfort building pages in Elementor + doing small quick edits in Adobe (or similar tools like Canva)
• Practical, collaborative working style; comfortable working with technical teams

Valuable but not essential

• Direct experience managing Google Ads campaigns.
• Experience with GA4, Google Tag Manager and conversion tracking.
• Experience with technical, scientific or B2B products.
• Familiarity with Semrush, Ahrefs, or Google Search Console.

What success looks like

• Pages are clear, accurate, and built for real audiences (especially in English)
• SEO and Ads contribute consistently to lead generation
• SEO and website priorities are organised into a clear and actionable roadmap.
• Technical meetings become publishable content quickly and reliably
• Good judgement about priorities: focusing on impact without becoming lost in minor details.
• Availability to work primarily on-site in Valbom, Porto.
