We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Finance and Reporting Analyst to join our finance team. This role will support accounting operations, financial analysis, and reporting.

The successful candidate will work closely with senior management and cross-functional teams, supporting business planning, budgeting, financial control, and project-level analysis. The position requires a strong command of financial reporting, forecasting, and modelling, together with the ability to translate financial information into clear recommendations for decision-making.

Reporting to the Senior Financial Controller, this person will be integrated in the Operations team, supporting corporate financial strategy implementation and the current operations of the company. A large part of this role is focused on managing recurring, day-to-day operational tasks.

Key Responsibilities

• Support monthly reporting and variance analysis
• Process invoices, payments, and expense claims
• Assist with preparation of financial statements and management reports.
• Support budgeting and forecasting
• Assist with maintaining financial models and project business plans
• Help coordinate with the bookkeeping firm, banks, and tax advisors
• Track project costs and update financial information
• Prepare reports and presentations for management.

Requirements

• Bachelor degree in Accounting, Coporate Finance or a related field, obtained from a first-tier Portuguese university.
• 2 -3 years of experience in similar functions, preferably with a focus on real estate development.
• Solid understanding of accounting and financial reporting principles and practices and data analysis.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and communicate financial concepts to non-financial stakeholders.
• Advanced analytical skills in MS Excel and PowerPoint.
• Full professional proficiency in English (written and spoken), as it is the working language of the team.
• Adaptability and resilience in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
