Role Overview We are seeking a data-driven SEO Engineer with a proven track record of managing and scaling organic search visibility for US-based clients. The ideal candidate blends technical expertise with deep knowledge of US search trends, AI Overviews, E-E-A-T (Experience, Expertise, Authoritativeness, Trustworthiness) guidelines, and North American consumer behavior. Key Responsibilities Strategy & US Market Execution Market Adaptation: Translate US business objectives into localized, intent-focused SEO strategies that drive measurable traffic and revenue. AI & Generative Search Optimization (AEO): Optimize brand presence for AI engines, chatbots, and traditional search engine algorithms to capture market share. Competitor & Market Analysis: Analyze US-specific SERPs to identify content gaps and opportunities for high-converting keywords and long-tail phrases. Technical SEO & Data Engineering Site Audits: Conduct routine, in-depth technical audits to resolve crawlability, indexability, page speed, and mobile responsiveness issues. Schema Markup & Architecture: Build and manage Schema markup to make data easily understandable and trustworthy for search engines and AI platforms. Data Analysis: Translate complex data sets into actionable insights using tools like Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Google Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush, and Screaming Frog. Technical Troubleshooting: Collaborate directly with web development teams to deploy scalable technical improvements.

Client Management & Communication Client-Facing Leadership: Own the SEO relationship with US clients, articulating complex SEO concepts into easy-to-digest business recommendations. Reporting: Prepare and present regular performance reports, outlining KPIs, ROI, and strategic pivots to stakeholders.
