Senior Technical Recruitment Consultant Remote Experience: 3โ€“7 Years Agency Recruitment Experience Required About Hyperhunt Hyperhunt is an invite-only Talent Acquisition company helping ambitious startups and high-growth businesses hire exceptional technology talent. We partner with founders, leadership teams, and scaling companies to solve critical hiring challenges across Engineering, Product, Data, AI, Tech, and Leadership functions. Why This Role Exists We're looking for a Senior Talent Partner to join Hyperhunt's core team. This is not a traditional recruiter role. You'll work directly with leadership teams, top-tier candidates, and ambitious businesses while helping build the operating systems that will define Hyperhunt's future. Become A Trusted Talent Advisor You'll partner closely with founders, hiring managers, and leadership teams to understand business objectives and hiring challenges. You'll provide: Talent intelligence Market insights Hiring recommendations Compensation benchmarking Strategic hiring guidance We don't operate as vendors. We operate as partners.

Build Exceptional Talent Networks You'll engage and build relationships with some of the most talented professionals in the startup ecosystem. We focus on quality over quantity and long-term relationships over short-term transactions. Deliver Exceptional Candidate Experiences Every interaction shapes reputation.

You'll ensure candidates experience transparency, professionalism, responsiveness, and trust throughout their hiring journey. Help Build Hyperhunt As a core team member, you'll contribute to: Recruitment methodologies Internal playbooks AI-powered recruiting systems Candidate experience frameworks Talent intelligence capabilities You'll help shape how Hyperhunt scales.
