Job Description

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintainscalable enterprise applications using TypeScript, Node.js, and React.js.
  
• Build robust and secure RESTAPIsand backend services.
  
• Develop end-to-end full-stacksolutions covering frontend, backend, and database layers.
  
• Translate business requirementsinto technical designs and functional solutions.
  
• Write clean, maintainable, andreusable code following development best practices.
  
• Troubleshoot, debug, andresolve complex technical and production issues.
  
• Perform code reviews and ensureadherence to coding standards.
  
• Develop responsive anduser-friendly web interfaces using React.js.
  
• Design and optimize databaseschemas, queries, and integrations using MongoDBand PostgreSQL.
  
• Contribute to microservicesdesign and implementation.
  
• Develop and maintain workflowsusing Temporal.
  
• Implement and consume APIs andintegrate with external systems.
  
• Participate in CI/CDimplementation and deployment activities using GitLaband Jenkins.
  
• Support application deploymentand development within AWS environments.
  
• Collaborate with architects,product owners, QA engineers, and stakeholders.
  
• Mentor junior developers andprovide technical leadership.
  
• Prepare technicaldocumentation, design artifacts, and knowledge-sharing materials.
  
• Continuously drive innovation,automation, and process improvements.
  

Mandatory Skills (Non-Negotiable)

• 8–10+ yearsof softwaredevelopment experience.
  
• Strong experience in Full StackDevelopmentand API Development.
  
• Strong frontend developmentexperience using React.js.
  
• Excellent debugging,analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  
• Demonstrable experience indesigning, developing, and supporting production-grade software solutions.
  

Preferred Skills

• Experience withGoLangdevelopment.
  
• Hands-on experience withMongoDBand/or PostgreSQL.
  
• Development experience withTemporal Workflow Engine.
  
• Good understanding ofnetworking fundamentals, including VLANs, routing, and switching.
  
• Experience working withdistributed systems and service-oriented architectures.
  
• Exposure to MicroservicesArchitectureand development.
  
• Experience with CI/CDpipelinesusing GitLab and Jenkins.
  
• Knowledge of AWS clouddevelopment fundamentals.
  
• Understanding of JSON/YANG datamodels.
  
• Familiarity with containerizedand cloud-native applications.
