About the role

The Developer Experience team manages the core infrastructure that powers engineering at Robinhood. You will build and scale the systems that thousands of developers use to code, test, and deploy financial products.

What you'll do

• Manage and optimize monorepo builds using Bazel, including ownership of the remote build execution cluster.
• Scale CI pipelines to handle thousands of daily builds while maintaining speed and reliability.
• Configure GitHub repositories and manage pre-merge checks and test execution.
• Streamline the onboarding process to decrease time-to-first-commit for new engineers.
• Maintain remote development environments to improve local workflows and reduce friction.

Requirements

• Experience developing and maintaining CI/CD pipelines, build systems, or developer infrastructure.
• Proficiency in writing clean, maintainable code using Python or Go.
• Experience with distributed build execution systems.
• Understanding of containerization and Kubernetes orchestration.

Base pay range: $166,000 to $195,000 CAD. Compensation includes bonus opportunities, equity, and benefits.
