What you'll do

• Design and implement scalable software solutions using modern programming languages and frameworks.
• Collaborate with product managers and designers to understand user requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
• Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code while adhering to best practices and coding standards.
• Conduct thorough testing and debugging of applications to ensure optimal performance and reliability.
• Participate in code reviews to provide constructive feedback and improve overall code quality.
• Work with DevOps teams to streamline deployment processes and enhance continuous integration and delivery pipelines.
• Stay updated with emerging technologies and industry trends to incorporate innovative solutions into our products.
• Contribute to the development of technical documentation to facilitate knowledge sharing within the team.
• Assist in troubleshooting and resolving software defects and issues reported by users.
• Collaborate with other developers to enhance team productivity and foster a culture of knowledge sharing.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives, to ensure effective project management.
• Engage with stakeholders to gather feedback and iterate on software features based on user experiences.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• A minimum of 3 years of professional experience in software development.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, Python, or JavaScript, with a strong understanding of their ecosystems.
• Experience with web development frameworks, such as React, Angular, or Vue.js.
• Familiarity with database technologies, including SQL and NoSQL databases.
• Knowledge of version control systems, particularly Git, for managing code repositories.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• A proactive attitude towards learning and adapting to new technologies and methodologies.

Nice to have

• Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
• Familiarity with containerization technologies like Docker and orchestration tools like Kubernetes.
• Knowledge of automated testing frameworks and practices to ensure software quality.
• Previous experience in an Agile development environment.
• Understanding of security best practices in software development.
