What you'll do
- Conduct comprehensive financial analysis to support business decisions, including budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
- Prepare and present detailed financial reports to senior management, highlighting key performance indicators and trends.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop financial models that inform strategic initiatives and operational improvements.
- Monitor and analyze financial performance against established benchmarks and provide actionable insights to enhance profitability.
- Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with regulatory requirements and company policies.
- Support the annual budgeting process by coordinating inputs from various departments and ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements within the financial reporting cycle to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
- Provide mentorship and guidance to junior financial analysts, fostering a collaborative and high-performance team environment.
- Participate in special projects and ad-hoc analyses as required, contributing to the overall financial strategy of the organization.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; a Master's degree or professional certification (e.g., CFA, CPA) is a plus.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in financial analysis or a similar role, preferably within a manufacturing or technology environment.
- Proficiency in financial modeling and advanced Excel skills, including the ability to create complex financial models and perform scenario analysis.
- Strong understanding of financial statements, accounting principles, and regulatory requirements.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen attention to detail.
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present financial information to non-financial stakeholders.
- Experience with financial software and ERP systems; familiarity with SAP or Oracle is advantageous.
- Proven ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple priorities effectively.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to meet tight deadlines without compromising quality.
