Senior SAP Application Developer

Our client, is seeking a dedicated and experienced Senior SAP Application Developer to join their dynamic team. As a Senior SAP Application Developer, you will be an integral part of the IT Innovation Center North supporting global SAP deployment initiatives. Job Title: Senior SAP Application Developer Location: Austin, TX (Onsite) or Warren, MI (Onsite) - HYBRID What's the Job?

Design, develop, test, and deploy SAP solutions including enhancements, customizations, and integrations using SAP ABAP and SAP Fiori. Participate in the full lifecycle of SAP projects from requirements gathering to post-implementation support. Collaborate closely with functional teams, project managers, and stakeholders to translate business needs into technical solutions.

Adhere to clean core principles, utilize SAP Cloud Platform tools, and embrace a cloud-first mindset for application development. Develop and maintain comprehensive technical documentation, including design specifications and test plans. What's Needed?

At least 5-7 years of experience in SAP development, with a focus on ABAP programming and SAP modules such as SD, MM, FI/CO. Proficiency in SAP Fiori, SAPUI5, OData services, and SAP BTP tools/services like SAP Build Work Zone and GIT. Experience with SAP HANA, S/4HANA, and upgrades from ECC to S/4HANA, including code remediation.

Strong understanding of SAP Cloud Platform, RISE, and integration technologies such as IDocs, RFC, BAPI, SOAP, REST. Excellent communication skills and ability to produce detailed technical documentation. What's in it for me?
