The role involves managing stakeholder relationships, vendor management, and leading a Qualtrics transformation initiative within the enterprise.

Responsibilities: Provide Qualtrics consultation on survey design and execution, including survey flow, question design, and data analysis. Collaborate with stakeholders to identify technology needs and develop survey projects accordingly. Serve as a Qualtrics subject matter expert, conducting demos for client teams across the enterprise.

Construct data pipelines using tools like Databricks and Snowflake, with Python and SQL (nice to have). Develop training programs for non-experienced Qualtrics users. Conduct project management activities such as scoping, scheduling, and risk management to ensure successful project delivery.

Qualifications: Required: Experienced software engineer with expertise in Qualtrics. Proven ability to consult on survey design and execution. Experience working with stakeholders to develop survey projects.

Subject matter expert in Qualtrics, capable of conducting demos. Ability to develop training for new users. Experience in project management activities.

Preferred: Extensive experience with Qualtrics for survey design and data analysis. Strong project management skills. Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
