Overview Lead Software Engineer – Nike Inc. – Beaverton, OR Develop, code/configure, test programs, and solve problems in order to meet defined digital product specifications and direction; perform technical development of digital products that meet the consumer needs as defined by product managers and align with architectural standards; participate in planning, process development, resource optimization, employee goal setting, coaching, hiring decisions, and performance monitoring; train and mentor staff; review, analyze, and modify programming systems, including coding, testing, debugging, and installing for a small to mid-scale systems; provide leadership to squad and work team; deliver a vision for work requirements for the quarter; design the scope of sprints within the quarter; and collaborate with the product owner and assist with the management stakeholder expectations and ensuring prompt and complete customer service. Telecommuting is available from anywhere in the U.S., except from AK, AL, AR, DE, HI, IA, ID, IN, KS, KY, LA, MT, ND, NE, NH, NM, NV, OH, OK, RI, SD, VT, WV, and WY. Qualifications Must have a Master’s degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Information Technology and 2 years of experience in the job offered or an engineering-related occupation.
