Role Description The Senior Salesforce Developer will be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying customized Unity solutions that align with the organization’s goals.

This full-time remote role, ideally based in the Nashville Metropolitan Area, involves collaborating with cross-functional teams, managing Salesforce integrations, maintaining and improving system performance, and ensuring compliance with best practices in Salesforce application development. Responsibilities also include troubleshooting, building secure applications, and implementing scalable solutions to support business processes. Qualifications Expertise in Salesforce development, including Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and Salesforce APIs.

Proficiency in system integration and middleware technologies such as REST APIs and web services. Strong understanding of database management, data modeling, and data migration strategies in Salesforce. Strong understanding of healthcare technology cybersecurity needs Experience with Salesforce configuration, including workflows, validation rules, and security settings.

Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, communicate technical solutions, and customize applications to meet business needs. Experience in DevOps tools and CI/CD processes is a plus. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
