Senior FX Sales – London Location: London, United Kingdom Salary: Competitive Base + Uncapped Bonus + Benefits About the Company We are partnering with a market-leading FX provider and recognised front-runner within the global payments and foreign exchange industry. With ambitious expansion plans in London, they are seeking a high-performing Senior FX Sales professional to join the corporate sales team and drive strategic revenue growth.

The Role This is a senior, revenue-generating position focused on winning and developing mid-market to large corporate clients with foreign exchange and risk management needs. You will leverage your existing network, market expertise, and consultative sales approach to deliver tailored FX and interest rate hedging solutions. The successful candidate will be responsible for originating new business opportunities, managing complex client relationships, and partnering with internal dealing, product, and credit teams to deliver best-in-class solutions.

Key Responsibilities Generate new corporate business opportunities across the London and wider UK market. Build and manage a pipeline of corporates requiring FX, payments, and hedging solutions. Develop trusted relationships with CFOs, Treasurers, Finance Directors, and key stakeholders.

Structure and sell spot, forwards, swaps, options, and broader risk management solutions. Identify client exposure to interest rate risk and introduce appropriate hedging strategies. Deliver market insight and strategic guidance to clients on currency and rate movements.

Collaborate with dealing desk, compliance, onboarding, and credit teams to ensure smooth execution. Exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets. Maintain accurate pipeline reporting through CRM and internal MI systems.

Represent the business at networking events, industry forums, and client meetings. Candidate Requirements 6+ years’ experience in Banking FX Corporate Sales or institutional/corporate treasury sales. Strong track record of originating and closing profitable FX business.

Existing network of UK corporate decision-makers and introducers. Experience selling FX derivatives and structured hedging solutions. Exposure to interest rate derivatives / interest rate risk management solutions highly desirable.

Strong commercial acumen with the ability to identify cross-sell opportunities. Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills. Highly driven, entrepreneurial mindset with a hunger to grow revenue.
